I grew up in Prince George's County, Maryland. This is where I spent half of my childhood - the other half was in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. In my early life, I was faced with a lot of personal challenges that became the driving factor for my motivation - At an early age, I was well aware that things were not going to be easy. Without having the necessary guidance and mentorship, I was forced to learn and adapt to life around me. I was forced to learn more about "financial freedom" and to become my very own teacher. The steps that I took to get to where I am now, were unimaginable, to say the least. However, I do not harbor any resentment toward anyone for what has happened in my life. I have boiled it down to this - I want to help people in my local community, and abroad, reach levels of "financial freedom" that they know exist... but feel like they just cannot get there.
